The Weldas TIG glove pattern construction offers an excellent fit, and the materials used are specially processed for excellent pliability. These TIG gloves are sewn with KEVLAR® thread for higher seam strength and seam flame resistance. Some gloves are sewn with reinforced thumb strap for added durability. Weldas TIG gloves are 31-35 cm in length. This extra long cuff offers wrist and forearm protection against contact heat while performing precision welding that requires the welder’s forearm to rest against the work piece. TIG SOFTouch™ welding gloves

Weldas’ SOFTouch™ TIG welding gloves are specially designed to provide the perfect balance of comfort, flexibility and protection during TIG welding. TIG welding requires precision and a high degree of fingertip sensitivity, which is why the SOFTouch™ gloves are unlined and made of supple leather. These materials ensure that the gloves fit around the hand like a second skin, giving the welder full control over the welding rod and torch.

The SOFTouch™ TIG gloves are available in different sizes, from M to XXL, and some models in size S. The snug fit ensures maximum freedom of movement. Many models feature a ‘seamless’ index finger, which ensures better control when passing welding rods. In addition, some gloves are additionally reinforced around the thumb and palm to minimise wear and prolong life.

In addition to comfort and performance, the SOFTouch™ TIG welding gloves are also European certified to the EN12477 standard, type B. This ensures welders optimum cut resistance and fingertip sensitivity.
